Helps find a universal cure for this life-threatening disease
SCDAA encourages you to join the P.O.W.E.R project community-based organizations (CBO) training.
The P.O.W.E.R Community Based Organization Training is designed to assist community based Organizations with resources and education, in order to strengthen their efforts in providing support services for sickle cell disease (SCD) patients.P.O.W.E.R Project uses the ECHO telecommunication model to reach community-based organizations and by offering online training services on emerging and current topics in Sickle Cell Disease.
Presenters are national leaders in their respective fields and the interactive format allows Community Based Organizations to learn from industry leaders without having to travel. We utilize a user-friendly webinar software to ensure the sessions are accessible for all levels of technological expertise.
